Hotel La Rose is proud to be the home of Josef's Restaurant and Bar since 1992. Josef Keller, proprietor and chef, was born in Switzerland, attended chef apprenticeship and hotel business school there, and worked in fine hotels in Geneva, Zurich and Verbier winter resorts before moving to the United States.

We wholeheartedly recommend Josef's to our guests for the finest in Traditional French Continental Cuisine.

Tuesday – Friday from 11:30 to 2:00 for lunch
Monday – Saturday from 5:30 to 9:00 for dinner
Sunday from 5:30 to 8:30pm for dinner
